A: Unfortunately we cannot provide custom services, if you are interested in a service that is not in our list, even if now we can't provide it, please leave feedback. Tips collected are evaluated by staff in the selection of new services to implement.

Q: How can I retrieve the auth code of my domain?
You can get your domain auth code from the control panel start page, box "Manage your services", write the domain name and choose "Registrar lock and Auth. code"; you can also get the auth code from the domain list, following the "Manage" link of the domain.

We have received requests for contact for domains defined our when in fact they are not and the information is clearly visible on whois. Remember that by providing a domain registration service, domains are registered by our customers; we encourage you to check the domain registrant details on the registry whois and remember that our domains are exclusively those with registrant (and not registrar) GiDiNet.
Each domain is assigned to its holder (the registrant on the whois) as long as he maintains it; a domain does not belong to the registrar.
